Some jobs are about much more than cleaning.

On Friday we received a call at 3:00pm and met the client at the property by 6:10pm following the sudden passing of a loved one.

Unattended death cleans require specialist training, strict protocols, and complete professionalism. Our team wore full PPE throughout the clean, including taped wrists and ankles to ensure no skin was exposed, triple-layer gloves, full-face respirators, and protective coveralls. Due to the extreme heat inside the PPE, regular breaks were essential to work safely.

Our IICRC Crime Scene & Trauma Cleaning training provides us with the knowledge and procedures needed to carry out these sensitive cleans safely and respectfully.

Out of respect for the deceased and their family, we never share photographs or videos of trauma or unattended death cleans. Privacy, dignity, and compassion will always come before content.
