We recommend weekly cleans, maybe more frequently depending on how many tenants you have.

We can operate across multiple HMO's so you only have to deal with one singular company.

As a business, all of our cleaners are insured and certificates can be evidence as requested. Many of our cleaners hold DBS certificates but if you require only DBS certified cleaners, please specify.

Tenants should make sure communal areas are clear of obstruction and tidy. If there are any obstructions it makes it very difficult for our cleaners to clean or it eats into the allocated time.

Whilst our cleaners are in attendance, they abide by a cleaning task list. If a tenant required any service in addition; the landlord must confirm this with management first so we know the extra time has been approved.
